A member of staff from the Beauchamp Middles School in Bedford contacted us by email with their flooring needs; they also specified the address and the best time to visit the site to provide a detailed quote.

The main area that required carpeting was in the ground floor of the school library however during the visit they also mentioned that they might be doing some classrooms. We thought it best to provide quotes to complete both the library and the three classrooms. The quote must have been competitive as we were selected to do the flooring installations.

In order to complete the work with the minimum disruption to the academic work of the students and teachers we arranged to carry out the installation during the Easter holidays when most of the teachers and students were not on the premises allowing us to uplift the old carpet and bring in the new minimising all health and safety hazards.

The Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) college on Radmoor road in Loughborough contacted us for a quote for some replacement carpet. We visited the site and had a look at the areas that needed replacement flooring. We took time to discuss the their requirements looking at a variety of flooring materials before settling on those that suited the areas to be covered. After winning the tender we had to investigate the restrictions that would impact the installation.

The communal areas including stairs and landings were first to be done in the evening after 5pm and weekends. We then planned to do some of the training facilities which required the work being carried out during the time when the rooms were not in use over a period of a couple of weeks.

We recently got a call from a local business that had suffered a minor flood in their premises from a burst pipe, probably due to the recent snap of cold weather. The carpet was ruined and it needed to be replaced immediately. Their insurer had asked them to get some quotes; they wanted hardwearing carpet tiles for the floor of their busy office. 

We visited the site measured the job and provided a competitive quote. After they had made a few phone calls to their insurance company they contacted us and told us we were chosen to do the work. As the job was urgent we went back round that evening and removed the old carpet. We had a small amount of the carpet tiles in the colour they had chosen, which we were able to use to cover half the area that was damaged. This allowed them to continue working the following day while we waited on the remainder of the carpet tiles to be delivered. We had put the carpet tiles on an urgent next day delivery. The remainder of the carpet tiles were delivered to the premises in the afternoon, we arrived as the employees were finishing for the day to finish the job. Ensuring that they had suffered minimum disruption to their normal working hours.

We recently had a customer contact us who was looking to replace the carpet on their stairs and landing to match their new décor. They had already completed the redecoration of the hall stairs and landing and were searching for the right carpet for them. We visited them in the evening and brought along an extensive collection of carpet samples to choose from. We spent just over an hour looking at samples of carpet before measuring the area. They had narrowed it down to three of the samples; to help them with the selection we left them with the three samples overnight to give them more time to make the decision. 

They contacted us the following day to tell us which carpet they wanted, a lovely deep pile wool twist luxury carpet. They requested that the carpet was fitted in the evening as they both work and with the impending Christmas holidays they had no free weekends.  The job was finished and tidied well before bed time and the new look of the hall, stairs and landing was finally complete with minimal disruption to the Christmas plans of the customer.

When we visited them to measure the job they were able to look through a number of carpet samples, from which they were able to select the carpet they thought would project the right image for their business.

Early on Tuesday morning we went to Coalville to complete a living room carpet and underlay job. We had been contacted the week before, we arranged an suitable time to visit and measure so we could provide our most competitive quote. During the visit the customer was able to look through our wide array of carpet and underlay samples so they could pick the flooring perfect for them.

The customer selected a lovely beige deep pile carpet with a luxurious thick underlay for added comfort, to cover the 4.5m x 5.5m living area. The customer was happy with our quote and wanted to have the carpet fitted before the Christmas holidays. They told us they were available early on Tuesday so we agreed to fit the carpet at the time that suited them.  One of our fitters drove to Coalville and was ready for work at 07.30. He began by ripping up the existing flooring and bagging it for disposal. He the promptly proceeded to install the carpet and underlay selected by the customer, the job was completed before 10 am leaving the customer free to get on with their day.

We recently fitted new flooring in a modern apartment in Loughborough. The owner decided they would like a nice beige deep pile wool twist with a luxurious underlay in the main living area. For the kitchen and dining area they selected one of our hard wearing low maintenance vinyl floor coverings.
